Schedule: Full time - Monday to Friday – 40 hours work week.
Reports to: Senior Manager - Maintenance Reliability
Compensation: $103,000 - $114,000.83 per annum
The US base salary range for this position is $103,000 - $114,00 per annum + bonus + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. More specific salary ranges for your preferred location can be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, benefits, pension contributions and/or additional incentives.

About this Role and About You
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer with a focus on multiple downtime repair, high-volume low-cost capital projects, and the standardization of equipment. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of vital projects at all Waterchem facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the chemical or industrial construction sector, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills. This position requires 50-75% travel to manage multiple sites and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and compliant with all safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Knowledge
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing downtime repair, low-sustenance capital projects, and equipment standardization in the chemical or industrial sector.
Competencies
Skills: Strong understanding of repair processes, standardization practices, safety regulations, and operational efficiencies.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in project management software, including MS Project,Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (50-75%) and work at various construction sites.
