Position: Maintenance Planner II
Primary Location: East St.Louis, IL
Schedule: Full time - Monday to Friday – 40 hours work week.
Reports to: Senior Manager - Maintenance Reliability
Compensation: $100,000 - $115,459.83 per annum
The US base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,459 per annum + bonus + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. More specific salary ranges for your preferred location can be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, benefits, pension contributions and/or additional incentives.

About this Role and About You
The Regional Maintenance Planner leads the maintenance department and is responsible for strategically optimizing resources to support asset maintenance and reliability across assigned sites. This role oversees multiple plant locations throughout the Southeastern United States, with a primary focus on Augusta, Georgia, USA.
Qualifications
Knowledge
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
Experience in reporting progress using Gants charts and other similar tools is a plus.
Competencies
Working knowledge of Chemical, Oil Refinery, Power, or Pulp and Paper process equipment to include but not limited to Pumps, Motors, Piping, Valves, Turbines and Heat Exchangers
Minimum of one year of leadership experience
Experience with safety programs in an industrial facility
Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, power point and Project; familiarity with SAP, FIIX (purchasing and plant maintenance modules) is a plus.
Various experience leading, managing Turn arounds is a plus.
Responsibilities
Plant Maintenance and Reliability: 60%
Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System or Work Order system to assign work.
Work in the standardization/Optimization of the MI program.
Responsibilities also include Turnaround (TA) planning, execution, and post-audit evaluations.
Perform troubleshooting of plant and/or equipment issues and lead group troubleshooting meetings.
As required will need to work evenings or weekends during plant shutdowns, plant upsets, and abnormal resource issues.
Implement and update policies and procedures and oversee the plant mechanical integrity program which includes Vessel Inspections, Vibration Analysis, RCFA, Oil Analysis, Infrared Analysis, Maintenance Workflow, and other developing reliability programs.
The maintenance planner contributes towards improvement of the reliability metrics and completing most of the action items from the corporate database as it pertains to the maintenance and upkeep of equipment. Develop and supervise the short- and long-term maintenance work schedules.
Responsible for updating and tracking materials required to complete jobs.
Responsible for Backlog in his respective region
Assisting plants with scheduling
Coordinate with production/operations for lockout and permitting.
Coordinate with production on job priority establishing priority levels for the jobs that need to be completed and materials that will be needed to finish the jobs.
Worked in the development of critical spare parts list and optimizing current PM program.
