Position: Senior Business Development Manager, Water

Reports To: Vice-President, Water
Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000
Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. More specific salary range for your preferred location can be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, benefits, pension contributions or additional incentives.

Chemtrade’s Water Solutions business has seen significant growth over the past three years, and now we’re gearing up to build on that success and accelerate growth further. We are seeking an innovative Business Development Manager to be the driving force behind our next phase of growth. This pivotal role will immerse the right candidate into the various markets that power Chemtrade, where they’ll craft a forward-thinking, medium- to long-term growth strategy that will set the stage for the future. Not only will they spearhead the execution of these strategies, but they’ll also act as the key connector across Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Business Development teams, ensuring every initiative is aligned for maximum impact. Additionally, they’ll be at the forefront of identifying fresh market opportunities, expanding Chemtrade’s product lines, and creating winning strategies that will fuel our continued success in these competitive markets.

The Senior Business Development Manager will help develop and execute the growth strategy. He/She will work with Business Managers, R&D and Market Development teams to identify and pursue specific areas of growth. The person will be tasked with driving the Water organization and Chemtrade Senior Leadership team towards the growth objectives. The role will be responsible for getting buy-in from the leadership team on capital investments as well as developing a road map for exploring and executing on new growth initiatives.
